AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
3 CITY OF TUSTIN, REZONING PROPERTY ON ZONE
CHANGE APPLICATION 81-5 AT 14351 RED HILL
4 AVENUE
5 The Ci~ty Council of the City of Tustin does hereby ordain as
fol 1 ows:

I. The City Council finds and determines as follows:

A. That a proper appl i cati on ( Zone Change 81-5 ) was fi 1 ed on
~ behalf of Joseph A. Boswell for rezoning the property at
14351 Red Hill Avenue, from Duplex Residential (R'2) to
9 Multi-Family (R-3).
10 B. That the Planning Agency recommend approval of said
application, after a public hearing had been duly called,
11 noticed and held.
12 C. That the City Council duly called, noticed and held a
public hearing on said application.

D. That a Negative Declaration for the subject zone change
14 has been applied for and hereby approved to conform with
the requirements of the California Environmental Quality
15 Act.
16 E. That the R-3 zone is in conformance with the Tustin Area
General P1 an.

II. The subject property is hereby rezoned to the Multi-Family
18 Residential (R-3) and the Zoning Map of the City of Tustin
amended accordingly subject to conditions of Planning Agency
19 Resolution No. 1996.
20 PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Tustin City Council,
held on the 8th day of September, 1981.

the City Council of the City of Tustin is five; that the above and foregoing
Ordinance No. 858 was duly and regularly introduced and read at a regular meeting
of the City Council held on the 17th day of August, 1981, and was given its second
reading and duly passed and adopted at a regular meeting held on the 8th day of
September, 1981, by the following vote:
