AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN,
CALIFORNIA, ESTABLISHING COMPENSATION FOR MEMBERS OF
3 THE TUSTIN COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY

The City Council of the City of Tustin, California, does hereby

ordain as follows:
1. Section 9503 of Chapter 5 of Article 9 of the Tustin City Code
7 is hereby amended to read as follows:
8 "Each member of the Agency shall receive as compensation Thirty
Dollars ($30.00) for each meeting of the Agency attended by the
9 member, provided that no member shall receive compensation for
attending more than four (4) meetings of the Agency during any
10 calendar month · In addition, members shall receive their
actual and necessary expenses, including travel, incurred in
11 the discharge of their duties as members of the Agency."
12 PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of 'the City Council of the
City of Tustin, California, held on the 17th day of August , 1981.

the City Council of the City of Tustin is five; that the above and foregoing
Ordinance No. 857 was duly and regularly introduced and read at a regular meeting
of the City Council held on the 3rd day of ~, and was given its second
reading and duly passed and adopted at a regular meeting held on the 17th day of
August, 1981, by the following vote:
