HomeMy WebLinkAboutORD 0851 (1981) ORDINANCE ND. 851 ~.~ AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY I 5 OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING THE ZONING i i ORDINANCE OF THE TUSTIN CITY CODE TO AUTHORIZE 4 A WAIVER OF OPEN SPACE REQUIREMENTS IN THE PLANNED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT 5 The City Council of the City of TusZin, California, hereby 6 ordains T/~at Chapter 2, Section 9224, Paragraph g6, maximum lot coverage be amended zo read as follows: 6. Maximum Lot Coverage 8 Not more than fifty (50) percent of the total lot area shall be ~ 9 devoted ~o main and accessory building area, driveways, open or enclosed parking areas and covered patios. The remaining fifty lO (50) percent of The zor~l lot area shall be devoted landscaping; lawn area, non-coenercial outdoor recreational 11 facilities incidental ~o The residential development, such as private swinming pools, putting greens and tennis courts; 12 walkways; uncovered patio areas; fences and necessary fire-fighting equipment and installations as required in 13 Subsection d(2) of This Section; further, The open space required by this Section shall be arranged and provided in such 14 a manner That it is accessible and usable for The purpose intended herein.
