Z AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
~ CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING
~ ~ SECTION 1534 OF THE TUSTIN CITY CODE
i~ PERTAINING TO APPLICATION FEES TO THE
' 4 LICENSE AND PERMIT BOARD.
5 The City Council of the City of Tustin, California,
6 hereby ordains as follows:
7 Section 1534 of the Tustin City.Code is amended to
8 read as follows:
9 "1534. APPLICATION FEES.
10 Application for any permit provided by
11 this part shall be on forms provided by
12 the City together with an application
13 . fee in a sum as provided by resolution
14 of the City Council to cover the cost
~ 15 of processing and investigation. The
16 application shall be signed by the
17 applicant and verified and shall contain
18 such information as may he deemed necessary
19 by the Board."
20 PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City
2~ Council of the City of Tustin, California, held on the 1st
22 day of June , 1981.

reading and duly passed and adopted at a regular meeting held on the 1st day of
