~ SECTION F3 OF ORDINANCE NO 835 AD0PTING THE
UNIFORM BUILDING CODE TO PROVIDE FEES FOR
4 MICROFILMNG OF BUILDING RECORDS.
5 The City Council of the City of Tustin, California does hereby
ordain as follows:

Section 1: Chapter 1 of Artlcle 8 of the Tustin City Code adopting
7 the Uniform Building Code by Ordinance No. 835 and
amending Section 304(f)3., of the UBC is hereby further
8 amended to read as follows:
9 (f)
10 3. In lieu of prov~ding microfilm copies for
drawings, calculations, soils reports, energy
calculations, noise studies, reports and all
11 other documents as required by Section 302(d),
the submittals, my include a data fee in the
12 amount as specified by the Schedule of Fees
adopted by resolution of the City Council.
15 These fees shall be collected prior to permit
14 issuance.
