AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TUSTIN, APPROVING THE REZONING OF CERTAIN
PROPERTIES ON "C" STREET UPON APPLICATION
ZONE CHANGE 81-1

The City Council of the City of Tustin does ordain as follows:

I. That the City Council of the City of Tustin
does hereby find, determine, and declare as follows:

A. That a proper application (Zone Change 81-1) has been
9 filed on behalf of the Tustin City Council for zone
change from the Multiple-family Residential (R-3)
10 District to the Central Commercial (C-2P) District of
the property described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto
11 and incorporated herein by this reference as though
12 set forth herein in full.
B. That a public hearing was duly called, noticed and
13 held on ;said application.

C. That a zone change should be granted for the following
15 reason:
The central commercial district is in conformance with
16 commercial land use designation of the Tustin Area
17 General Plan.
D. DeVelopment of subject property shall be in accordan'ce
18 with the policies adopted by the City Council; Uniform
19 Building Codes as administered by the Building
Official; Fire Code as administered by the Orange
20 Orange County Fire Marshal; and street improvement
requirements as administered by the City Engineer.
E. Final development plans shall require the review and
~2 approval of the Community Development .Director.
23 F. A Negative Declaration has been applied for to comply
with the California Enviornmental Quality Act.

II. The City Council hereby approves Zone Change 81-t for the above
~ ~5 described properties (Exhibit "A") from the Multiple-family
· Residential (R-3) District to the Central Commercial (C-2P)
~6 District.
~7 PASSED AN]} ADOPTED at ~ regular meeting of the City Council held on
the 16th day of March , 1981.

the City Council of the City of Tustin is five; that the above and foregoing
Ordinance No. 842 was duly and regularly introduced and read at a regular meeting
of the City Council held on the 2nd day of March, 1981, and was given its second
reading and duly passed and adopted at a regular meeting held on the 16th
day of March, 1981, by the following vote:
