AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA,
2 AMENDING TUSTIN CITY CODE SECTION 2603 CONCERN-
ING THE PAYMENT OF FEES IN CONNECTION WITH
CONSTRUCTION OF BUILDINGS FOR CONDOMINIUM CON-
4 VERSIONS.

6 The City Council of the City of Tustin, California, does ordain as follows:
,/ Tustin City Code Section 2603 is hereby amended to read as fol Io'~s:
8 "Sec. 2603 Tax ,Amount
9 _a) Tax Imposed. A tax is hereby imposed upon the construction of
each residential unit, commercial unit, professional unit, and
110 industrial unit in the city.
1'I b) Rates. The rate.s of the tax hereby imposed are as follows:

15 Single-fami ly dwellings, attached or
detached .............................. $350.00 per unit
lZi Duplexes .............................. 350.00 per unit
