HomeMy WebLinkAboutORD 830 (1980) 1 ORDINANCE NO. 830 2 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING SECTION 3515(b) OF 3 TUSTIN CITY CODE PERTAINING TO BURGLARY AND ALARM SYSTEMS. 5 The City Council of the City of Tustin: California, does hereby ordain as 6 follows: 7 1. Section 3515(b) of the Tustin City Code is hereby amended to read 8 as follows: 9 b. Assessment for False Alarms. 10 The owner or lessee of any alarm system shall be assessed a 11 fee for false alarms transmitted to the Police Department- 12 Such fee shall be as established by Resolution of the City 15 Council from time to time and shall be paid to the City 14 Treasurer for deposit in the General Fund. 15 2. The City Council hereby finds and determines that the enactment of 16 this ordinance is an emergency, urgency measure and is required for the preser- ,-- 17 vation of public health and welfare.
