Z AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, PROHIBITING, PARKING
~ AT CERTAIN HOURS IN THE PARKING LOTS ADJACENT
TO CENTENNIAL PARK AND AUTHORIZING THE TOWING
~ AWAY OF ILLEGALLY PARKED VEHICLES.
5 The City CounCil of the City of TUstin, California does
6 ordain as follows:
7 Section I. Pursuant to the authority granted in Sections
8 22507 and 22651 of the Vehicle Code 'of the State of California,
9 parking of any vehicle in the two parking lots adjacent to
10 Centennial Park on Devonshire and Canterbury Avenues in the
1! City of Tustin, as referenced in the maps attached hereto
22 and incorporated herein by reference as Exhibits "A" and
i5 "B", between the hours of'J2:00 midnight and.6:00 a.m. da~]-y,
t4 is prohibited. Violators shall be towed away at the Vehicle
15 Owner's Expense.
16 Section II: Signs shall be posted and maintained at
17 all entrances of said parking lots which shall be no smaller
18 than 45 inches by 30 inches, with letters, not less than
19 3 inches in height, and of such size, shape, and color as
~0 to be readily legible during the daylight hours at a distance
2! of 100 feet, which shall state:

~ PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City

was duly and regularly introduced and read at a regular meeting
of the City Council held on the 17th day of March ,
