AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, REZON-
ING PROPERTY ON APPLICATION Z.C. 79-3 AT
THE SOUTHEASTERLY CORNER OF IRVINE AND HOLT
The City Council of the City of Tustin, California does.ordain as. follows:
I o The City Council finds and determines as follows:

7 A. That a proper application (Z.C. 79-3) was filed on behalf of
Raymond Larson for reEoning from the C-1 (Retail C0mmerc~al) to
· -the Planned Community Commercial DistriCt. for the property
8 described in Exhibit. "A" attached hereto and-incorporatedheroin
by reference°

B~ That the' Planning Agency duly recommended approval of said appli-
10 cation~ after public hearing duly called, noticed, and held.
11 c. The city council duly called, noticed, and held a public hearing
on said application.
