AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, PRE-
2 ZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY TO PUBLIC & INSTI-
TUTIONAL, AND PLANNED DEVELOPMENT, KNOWN
3 AS PRE-ZONE 79-2
&
5 The City Council of the City of Tustin, California, does hereby ordain as
follows:

I o The City Council finds and determines:
A. That an application was initiated'by the Planning Agency for the
8 purposed of pre-zoning the property on the north side of Main
Street between the Costa Mesa and Santa Ana Freeways from the
9 Orange County R-4 to the City of Tustin P & I and Planned Develop-
ment Districts., Property described in Exhibit "A" , attached hereto
!0 and incorporated herein by reference.
!I B. That a public hearing was duly called, noticed, and held on said
application by the Planning Agency and the City Council.

C. That a change in zoning should be granted to bring the subject
15 property into conformance with the Land Use Element of the Tustin
Area General Plan.

D. That this project is categorically exempt from the requirements
15 of the California Environmental Quality Act.
16 II. The subject properties are hereby pre-zoned from the Orange County
"R-4" to the "P & I," Public and Institutional District, and the "PD"
17 Planned Development. District with rezoning to be effective upon
completions. of annexation of the subject property to the city of Tustin.

PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Tustin City Council, held
19 on the 3rd day of December , 1979.
