2 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA,
FOR AN AMENDMENT TO THE TUSTIN CITY CODE RELA-
~ TIVE TO THE REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS OF SURETY
COMPANY.
5 The City Council of the City of Tustin does hereby ordain as follows:
6 Subparagraph d of Section 9380 of the Tustin City Code is hereby
7 amended to read as follows:
8 d. Surety Company Requirements.
9 All bonds required by this section shall be furnished by surety
10 company rated Grade A or better and Class IX or betl~er by the
2L::L latest edition of Best's Key Rating Guide, and shall. be
12 authorized to write such bond in the State of California and
!3 shall be subject to the approval and acceptance of the City
!~ Council and City Attorney.
!5 PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the
16 City of Tustin, California, held on the 19th day of November , 1979.
