AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING TITLE
4, CHAPTER 3 OF THE TUSTIN CITY CODE
PERTAINING TO SOLID WASTE COLLECTION
5 The City Council of the City of Tustin, California, does
· . ordain as follows:
7 Section 1: Section 4324--of the Tustin City Code is hereby
~ amended to read as follows:
C 4324 DISPOSAL OF SPECIAL MATERIALS
"~ Every person occupying or having charge or control
of any premises shall, at least once in each calendar
month, collect and dispose, or cause to be collected
and disposed, of all debris, other than normal house-
hold rubbish, including trees, logs, auto bodies,
grass from renovating, sod, dirt or'similar material,
!~ and heavy or bulky objects, and all other waste
not included in the meaning of Solid Waste, as
14 defined in Section 4311, which may have accumulated
on his premises, provided that building or construc- --
15 tion waste and debris need be removed only upon
completion of construction operations. Such
16 materials shall be removed by the person occupying
or having control of the premises or by any member
17 of his family or by the Contractor (as defined in
Section 4311) servicing such area. An extra charge,
L5 as determined by the Contractor, may be imposed for
the collection of such material.

1979 and was given its second reading and duly passed and adopted
at a regular meeting held on the 5th day of November ,
1979, by the following vote:
