AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING THE
i TUSTIN CITY CODE RELATIVE TO COUNCIL
COMPENSATION
5 The City Council of the City of Tustin, California, does ordain

-,~ 5 1. Section 1303 of Chapter 3 of Article 1 of the Tusti'n City
Code is hereby amended to read as fol lows: ..

1303 COMPENSAT I ON OF MEMBERS
i Members of the City Council shall be paid and receive as
8 compensation, a salary of Two Hundred Eighty-Eight Dollars
j and Seventy-five Cents ($288.75) per month.
,. 2. This ordinance and the salary herein provided shall become
3.0 ~! in force and effect at the time any one or more members of the City
i! Council becomes eligible for such salary increase by virtue of beginning
~i a new term of office and shal 1 thereupon apply to all members of the
~i City Counc~l-
!;5 ~! PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of
~! the City of Tustin, California, held on the 6th day of August , 1979-
