AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TUSTIN, AMENDING SUBPARAGRAPH 1 OF SUBSECTION b
OF SECTION 9226, TUSTIN CITY CODE, RELATIVE TO
R-3 MULTIPLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICTS.
The City Council of th.e City of Tustin does ordain as follows: -
I. Tustin City Codes are hereby amended by the amendment of subparagraph
6 1 of Subsection b of Section 9226, to read as follows:
V "1. Condominiums as defined in Section 1350 of the Civil Code,
Community Apartment Projects as defined in Section 1100.4 of
8 the Business and Professions Code and Stock Cooperatives as
defined in Section 11003.2 of the Business and Professions Code,.
9 each subject to a use permit, and when developed or. to be de-
veloped pursuant to the criteria of the Planned Development
10 District.
11 PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City
of Tustin on the 2nd day of July, 1979.
