AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN CALIFORNIA, AMENDING ORDINANCE
NO. 755 OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, WHICH ADOPTED THE 1976
UNIFORM BUILDING CODE.

5 The City Council of the City of Tustin, California, does hereby ordain_
that Ordinance No. 755 be amended as follows:
6 ~ 1. Section 1 is amended by adding the following after subparagraph (g)
7 i~of Section 1:

8 !i "(h) Section 4202(a)3 is added to read:
9 ~] '3. Testing for exposed insulation material shall be as
described in the National Bureau of Standards, PS 46-71.
10 ii (i) Section 4304(d) is added to read:
1i
'(d) Exposed insulation material shall comply with National
12 Bureau of Standards, PS46-71.'
!3 (j) Section 4305(f) is added to read:
14 '(f) Exposed insulation material shall comply with National
Bureau of Standards, PS 47-71.'"
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City--
i6 of Tustin held on the 5th day of March, 1979.
