AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, PREZONING
CERTAIN PROPERTY TO PLANNED COMMUNITY PROFESSIONAL (PC-Pr)
KNOWN AS PRE-ZONE 78-19
4 The City CoUncil of the City of Tustin, California, does
D hereby ordain as follows:
6 1. The City Council finds and determines:
~ a. That an application has been filed by the South Orange
Development Corporation for the purpose of pre-zoning
8 the property on the northwesterly corner of Prospect
Avenue and 17th Street described in Exhibit "A" attached
9 hereto and incorpora'ted herein by reference from the
Orange County E-4 100 District to the City of Tustin
10 =' Planned Community Professional (PC-Pr) District.
1! ''~ b. That after public hearings duly called, noticed and held,
the Planning Agency of the City of Tustin reco.~.mended
!~ !! said prezoning by its adoption of Resolution ~']o. 1793.
1D !! c. That the prezo4ing should be granted to bring the
!i subject property into conformance ~:ith the Land Use
~ ~ !~ Element of the Tustin Area General Plan
15 d. That a ~egative Declaration is hereby granted to comply
~-~ ~i with the California Environmental Quality Act.
~ 2. The Zoning Ordinance of the City of Tustin is hereby amended
i7 !i to reciassify the property located at 17th and Prospect, more
F! particularly described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and
i8 ~ incorporated here in by reference, from Orange County E-4 100
il to the City of Tustin Planned Community Professional District,
19 effective UOOn annexation to the City of Tustin and subject
to the conditions of Planning Agency Resolution No. 1793.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council,

City of Tustin, California, held on the 5th day of February 1979.
