2 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA
REZONING PROPERTY FROM THE P & I (PUBLIC &
3 INSTITUTIONAL) DISTRICT TO THE PM (PLANNED
INDUSTRIAL) DISTRICT ON ZONE CHANGE NO. ZC 78-4

5 The City Council of the City of Tustin, California, does
6 ordain as follows:
~ 1. The City Council finds and determines as follows:
8 a) That the City of Tustin duly initiated proceedings
9 for the rezoning of certain property described in
10 Exhibit A attached. hereto from the P & I (Public
11 & Institutional) District to the PM (Planned
1Z Industrial) District.
15 b) That after public hearing duly called, noticed and
14 held, the Plannin~ Agency recommended said rezonin~.
15 c) That the proposed rezoning is for the purpose of
16t~ bringing the precise zone description into con-
!.
1V]~ formity with the General Plan of the City of Tustin.

!8!i d) That after public hearing called, noticed and held,
!gii the City Council has determined that the said amend-
20i! ment should be adopted.
21 e) That the proposed rezoning will be in conformity
22 with the General Plan of the Cit~ of Tustin.
25 f) That a negative declaration has been made on the
24 basis that the proposed rezoning will have no
25 significant impact on the environment.
26 2. That Zoning Ordinance of the City of Tustin is hereby
2~ amended to reclassify the subject property from the P & I

~ PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City
4 Council, City of Tustin, California, held on the 6th day
5 of November , 1978.
