AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA
:1 PREZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY FROM ORANGE COUNTY
E-4 (ESTATE RESIDENTIAL) DISTRICT TO TUSTIN PD
g (PLANNED DEVELOPMENT) DISTRICT ON PREZONE APPLI-
CATION NO. PZ:-78-18.
The City Council of the City of Tustin, California, does ordain as
follows:
5 1. The City Council finds and determines:
6 a) That the City of Tustin initiated proceedings for the prezoning of
certain property from Orange County E-g (Estate Residential)
~7 District to City of Tustin PD (Planned Development) District.
8 b) That after public hearings duly called, noticed and held, the
Planning Agency recommended said prezoning.

c) That the proposed prezoning is for the purpose of providing a
10 precise zone designation of the subject property to be effective
upon its annexation to the City of Tustin.
d) That after public hearings duly called, noticed and held, the City
12 Council has determined that said amendment should be adopted.
1~ e) That the proposed prezoning is id conformity with the General
Plan of the City of Tustin.

f) That the proposed amendment has been granted a negative
15 declaration on the basis of no significant environmental impact on
the physical environment.

2. The Zoning Ordinance of the City of Tustin is hereby amended to
17 reclassify by prezoning the property described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto
and incorporated herein by reference, from the Orange County E-g (Estate
i8 Residential) District to City of Tustin PD (Planned Development) District, to
be effective upon annexation of the subject property to the City of Tustin.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council, City
~0 of Tustin, California, held on the 16th day of October 1978.
