AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA,
REZONING PROPERTY ON APPLICATION NO. 78-3 OF TUSTIN
CENTER ASSOCIATES
The City Council of the City o~ Tustin does ordain as follows:
1. The City Council Iinds and determ~nes:
A. That a proper application, zone change 78-3, has b~n filed on
behalf of Tus~in Center Associates for a zone change from the R-3 (Multi-Family)
district to the C-2-P (Central Commmercial) district oI the property in Exhibit A
attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference as though set iorth fully
herein.
B. After public hearing duly caIled, noticed and held by the Planning
Agency, that agency recommended the said rezoning..
C- The proposed zone change will bring the property into conformity
with the Tust~n Area General Plan.
D- The development of the subject property will be in accordance
with the policies adopted by the City Council, Uniform Building Codes Mmin-
istered by the Building Official, Fire Code as administered by the Fire Chief, and
street ~m~rovement requirements as administered by the City.
E. A negative declaration has been approved as in conformity with
the requirements of the California Environmental QuaIity Act.
2. The subject property is hereby rezoned from the R-3 district to the C-
2-F dis'tract-
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regulat meeting of the City Council of the City of Tustin, this 7th day of August, 1978.
