,,. ~ AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL. OF THE CITY OF
TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING TUSTIN CITY CODE RELATIVE
~5 TO ADVERTISING ON BENCHES AND SEATS IN PUBLIC STREETS
AND RIGHTS OF WAY.
The City Council of the City of Tustin does ordain as follows:
Section 9~80 of the 'FusiOn C~ty Code is hereby amended to read as follows:

9~80. Actver~ish~g Benches.
No person shall place within a public right ol way oi any
8 street or in any other public right of way or in any public
safety area within lhe City any bench or seat except in
9 compliance with the following conditions:
10 (1) Initially applying for and obtaining a written permi~ irorn
the City Council.
(2) Obtaining the approval oi the City Engineer for the
design and cons'truction details.
~ Advertising shall not be painted or otherwise placed upon any
bench or seat in the public right of way or in any publlc
__ ~4 [ safety area.
