AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA PRE-
ZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY TO THE CITY OF TUSTIN R-3-3000
FROM ORANGE COUNTY R-4 KNOWN AS PREZONE 78-15.
4 The City Council of the City of Tustin, California, does ordain as follows:
~ 5 1. The City Council finds and determines:
6 (a) That the City of Tustin initiated proceedings for the prezoning of
certain property from Orange County R-t~ District to City of
~/ Tustin R-3-3000 District.
8 (b) That after public hearings duly called, noticed and held, the
Planning Agency by Resolution Number 17-45 recommended said
9 prezomng.
lO (c) That the proposed prezoning is for the purpose of bringing the
zoning classification into conformance with the Land Use Element
21.Z of the Tustin Area General Plan.
18 (d)' That after public hearings duly called, noticed and. held, the City
15 Council has determined that said amendment should be adopted.

2. The Zoning Ordinance of the City of Tustin is hereby amended to
16 reclassify by prezoning the property located at the corner of Walnut and Red Hill
Avenues, more particularly described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorp-
,,, 1'7 orated herein by reference, from Orange County R-~ District to City of Tustin
R-3-3000 District, effective upon annexation of the subject property to the City of
18 Tustin.
!9 PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council, City of
~0 Tustin, California, held on the 19th day of June, 1978.
