AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA PRE-
2 ZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY TO THE CITY OF TUSTIN R-2
FROM ORANGE COUNTY R-4 KNOWN AS PREZONE 78-13.
4 The City Council of the City of Tustin, California, does ordain as follows:
5 1. The City Council finds and determines:
6 (a) That the City of Tustin initiated proceedings for the prezoning of
certain property from Orange County R-t4 District to City of
~t Tustin R-2 District.
I 8 (b) That after public hearings duly called, noticed and held, the
9 Planning Agency by Resolution Number 17-46 recommended said
;' prezonmg.
lO (c) That the proposed prezoning is for the purpose of bringing the
zoning classification into conformance with the Land Use Element
11 of the Tustin Area General Plan.
1Z (d)' That after public hearings duly called, noticed and held, the City
~t 3.3 Council has determined that said amendment should be adopted.
14 (e) That the proposed amendment is..categorically exempt
from the r. equirements 6f-, the .Cal'ifornia .Environment~
15 Quality Act. -:..-
16 2. The Zoning Ordinance of the City of Tustin is hereby amended to
reclassify by prezoning the property located at Yolanda Way and Ren Circle of
17 Browning Avenue, more particularly described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and
incorporated herein by reference, from Orange County R-t~ District to City of 5'
18 Tustin R-2 District, effective upon annexation of the subject property to the City
of Tustin.

PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council, City of
20 Tustin, California, held on the 19th day of June, 1978.

held on the 19th day of July 1978, by the
