HomeMy WebLinkAboutORD 780 (1978) ORDINANCE NO. 780 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA PRE- ZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY TO THE CITY OF TUSTIN PD -DISTRICT FROM ORANGE COUNTY R-4 DISTRICT KNOWN AS PREZONE 78-6. The City Council of the City of Tustin, California, does ordain as follows: 5 1. The City Council finds and determines: 6 ~ (a) That by proper application Mr. Steve 3ustus initiated proceedings for the prezoning of certain property from Orange County 8 District to City of Tustin PD District. 9 (b) That after public hearings duly called, noticed and held, the Planning Agency by Resolution Number 17-t~8 recommended said 10 prezoning. 11 (c) That the proposed prezoning is for the purpose of bringing the zoning classification into conformance with the Land Use Element TIg of the Tustin Area General Plan. 13 (d) That after public hearings duly called, noticed and held, the City Council has determined that said amendment should be adopted. 14 (e) That the proposed amendment has been granted a negative declaration on the basis of insignificant environmental impact on 15 the physical environment. ~- 16 2.
