AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA PRE-
ZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY TO THE CITY OF TUSTIN R-3-2000
FROM ORANGE COUNTY R-4 KNOWN AS PREZONE
4 The City Council of the City of Tustin, California, does ordain as follows:
I. The City Council £inds and determines:
6 (a) That the City of Tustin initiated proceedings for the prezoning of
certain property from Orange County R-t~ District to City of
~ Tustin R-3-2000 District.

(b) Thai after public hearings duIy called, noticed and held, the
Planning Agency by Resolution Number 17-t~7 recommended said
9 prezon ing.

(c) That the proposed prezoning is for the purpose of bringing the
zoning classification into conformance with the Land Use Element
21.1 of the Tustin Area General Plan.
(d) That after public hearings duly called, noticed and held, the City
15 Council has determined that said amendment should be adopted.
14 (e) That the proposed amendment is categorically exempt
from the requirements of' the' California-Environment~
,~-- 15 Quali~ty ~ Act .... ' -
16 2. The Zoning Ordinance of the City of Tustin is hereby amended to
reclass. ify by prezoning the property located at Nisson and "B" Street, more
17 particularly described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and-incorporated herein by
reference, from Orange County R-t~ District to City of Tustin City of Tustin
!8 R-3-2000 District, effective upon annexation of the subject property to the City of
Tustin.

PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council, City of
~0 Tustin, California, held on the 19th day of June, 1978.
