2 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA
AMENDING TUSTIN CITY CODE SECTION 2603 CONCERN-
~ 5 ING PAYMENT OF FEES IN CONNECTION WITH
CONSTRUCTION OF BUILDINGS.
5 ' ~The!-"City7 Council of the City of Tustin, California, does
6 ordain as follows:
~ Tustin City Code Section 2603'is hereby amended to read as
8 follows:
9 "Sec. 2603 Tax Amount
10 a) Tax Imposed. A tax is hereby imposed upon the con-
11 struction o'f each residential unit, commercial unit, professional
lZ unit and industrial unit in the City.
13 b) Rates. The rates of the tax hereby imposed are
14 as follows:
15 (1) Residential
16 Single-family dwellings, attached
or. detached ........... $350.00 per unit
Duplexes ................ 350.00 per unit

-Multifamily dwellings, Town-
19 houses or Condominiums (Three
or more units.or Condominium
~0 conversions) ............ 350.00 per unit
plus $100.00 per
21 bedroom over one
in each unit.
Mobilehome park pads .......... 100.00 per pad
(2) Commercial, Professibnal or Industrial:
~5 For each commercial, professional or indust-
rial building unit in the buildino, per square
~6 foot of gross floor area, including any area
upon or within a building designed for the
~' parking of vehicles . . .$ .10 per
~- square foot
