ORDINANCE NO. 771
~ AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN CALIFORNIA
REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY TO PROFESSIONAL (PR)
~' ~ FROM SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL (R-1) DISTRICT
KNOWN AS ZONE CHANGE 78-2.
5 The City CoUncil of the City<of Tustin California, does
6 hereby ordain as follows:
V 1. The City Council
-8 (a) That Santa Ana Federal Savings has ierly filed an
9 applicatiop initiating proce~dings-zor'a zone change
10 amendment in conformance with use element
11 of the General Plan of the City ofc'Tustin.
1~ (b) That after public hearings duly Called,.noticed and
13 held, the Planning Agency of the Cityof Tustin
l& recommended said amendment by its adoption of
._ 15 Resolution No. 1730.
18 (c) That after public hearings du~y called, noticed and
17 held, the City Council of the City of Tustin has
t8 determined that said amendment should he adopted.
19 (d) That the proposed rezoning has been granted a
Z0 negative environmental impact determination on the
Z1 basis of no significant effect to the environment
Z~ would result from this action.
~ (e) That proposed zone change No. 78-2 reclassifieS the
~4 subject property from the Single-Family Residential
~ (R-1)District 'to the Professional (PR) District.
26 (f) That the proposed zone change is in conformance with
Z~' the Tustin Area General Plan.
Z8 2. The Zoning Ordinance of the City of Tustin is hereby
~9 amended to reclassify the property located on the east side of
~0 Red Hill, between 133 feet and 330 feet northerly of Mitchell
~1 Avenue, more particularly described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto
32 and incorporated herein by this reference, from Single-Family
