AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TUSTIN PREZONING PROPERTY WITHIN ANNEXATION
NO. 84, PASADENA-CARLANN TO R-4 MULTIPLE
RESIDENTIAL ZONE.

The City Council of the City of T~stin ordains as follows:
1. The City Council finds and determine~:
a. That prezoning proceedings were regularly
initiated for the prezoning of the p~operty located

within Annexation No. 84, Pasadena-Carlann.

b. That the Planning Agency regularly called,

noticed and held a public hearing on said proposed
prezoning.
c. That the Planning Agency duly recommended said
prezoning to the R-4 zone.

d, The City Council duly called, noticed and held.
---- a public h'earing on said proposed prezoning.
' eo That the proposed prezoning is in conformity
with the Tustin General Plan and is compatible with
-existing land use designations presently existing in
the unincorporated area of the County of Orange and

should be adopted.
2. The subject property is hereby prezoned to R-4 to
be effective upon completion of annexation of the subject
territory of the City of Tustin.
