AN ORDINANCE OF THE 'CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA
PREZONING PROPERTY CONTAINED WITHIM ANNEXATION
`3SUMBER 106, MITCHELL-DEBUSK, TO R-1 AND PD -4000.

The City Council of the.Ci-ty of Tustin ordains as follows:
1. The City Council finds and determines:

a. That prezoning proceedings -were regularly

initiated for the prezoning of the property located
within Annexation No. 106, Mitchell-Dubusk.

b. That the Planning Agency regularly called,

noticed and held a public hearing on said proposed
prezoning'.

c. That the Planning Agency duly recommended said

prezoning to the R-1 and PD -4000 zones.
d. The City Council duly called, noticed and

held a public hearing on said proposed prezoning.

e. That the proposed prezoning is in conformity

with the Tustin General _Plan and is compatible with

existing land use designations presently existing in

the unincorporated area of the County of Orange and
should be adopted.

2. The subject property is hereby prezoned to R-1 and

PD -4000, to be effective upon completion of annexation of the
subject territory of the City of Tustin.

PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City
