HomeMy WebLinkAboutORD 766 (1978)480 ORDINANCE NO. 766 1 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA PREZONING PROPERTY LOCATED AT THE SOUTHEASTERLY CORNER OF NEWPORT AND SYCAMORE TO THE PC-PROFESSIONAL ZONE. 4 The City Council of the City of Tustin ordains as foll. ows: 5 1o The City Council finds and determines: 6 a. That a proper application (No. PZ78-1) for 7 prezoning was filed on behalf of the property owner of 8 the property located at the southeasterly corner of 9 Newport and Sycamore to the PC-Professionsl Zone. ~0 b. That the Planning Agency duly called, noticed~ l~ and held a hearing upon said proposed prezoning and ~ recommended prezoning the subject property to the PC- 1~ Professional Zone. 14 c. The City Council duly called, noticed and 15 held a public hearing on said proposed prezoning~ 16 d. That the proposed prezoning is consiste~t ~7 with the general plan and should be adopted. ~8 2. The City Council hereby prezones subject property ~9 to the PC-Profess'ional (Planned Community-Professional) Zone ~0 subject to the following conditions: ~1 a. Upon development, submission of street improve- ~ ment plans prepared by a civil engineer and subject to ~ the approval of the City Engineer and construction of all ~4 missing street improvements along the Newport Avenue ~ and Sycamore Avenue frontages to secondary arterial ~6 highway standards and per the City of Tustin "Minimun~ ~ Design Standards for Public Works" and "Street Improve- ~,8 merit Standards." This work shall consist of but is not ~9 limited to: 1) curb and gutter ~0 2) street paving ~1 3) concrete sidewalks and driveways 4) marbelite street ]ites served with underground conduit 5) street trees 6) sewer lateral. connection, 1 b. Upon development, annexation of this parcel to ~ the Tustin Lighting District. ~ c. Dedication of 20' of additional right-of-way 4 along the Sycamore Avenue frontage and 10' of additional I 5 right-of-way along the Newport Avenue Frontage including ' ~ a 27' radius corner cut-off. 7 d.
