ORDINANCE NO.765
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN,
CALIFORNIA AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 611
(IRVINE-TUSTIN INDUSTRIAL COMPLEX)
The City Council of the City of Tustin ordains as follows:
1. The City Council finds and determines:
a. That proceedings were duly .initiated for the
amendment of Ordinance No. 611 (Irvine-Tustin Industrial
.Complex).
b. The Blanning Agency duly called, noticed and
held a public hearing upon said proposed amendment and
recommended its adoption.
c. That the City Council duly called, noticed
and held a public hearing on said proposed amendment.
d~ Said proposed amendment should be adopted.
2. The City Council hereby amends Ordinance No. 611
(Irvine-Tustin Industrial Complex) by the amendment of
Paragraph 2(b)(10) to read as follows:
(10) Construction of an eight (8) foot
high berm with full landscaping along
Jamboree Road, north of Walnut Avenue,
to include a 46.' building setback. South.
of Walnut Avenue, a 30' landscaped build-
ing setback shall be maintained parallel
with the 1/2 street right~of-way (Jamboree)
of 60' until reaching a point of tangency
with the overpass (Jamboree) fill slope.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Tustin on the 20th day of March, 1978. ,

held on the 20th day of March 1978, by the
