ORDINANCE NO. 762-A
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN,
CALIFORNIA, ADOPTING PRECISE ALIGNMENT
SIXTH STREET EXTENSION
.' ~ 4 The City Council of the City of Tustin hereby ordains
. ~ as follows:
6 That after Public Hearing d~ly called, noticed a~d held,
and upon the recommendation of the Planning Agency duly made,
7 the City CoUncil finds it to be reasonable, in the best interests
of adjacent property owners, and in the best interests of the
8 City of Tustin,r to adopt that certain precise alignment of
Sixth Street from Newport Avenue to 450 feet more or less
9 westerly of Newport Avenue, all as shown on the plan attached
hereto, marked Exhibit "A" and incorporated herein by this
10 reference.
ll PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City
lX Council, held on the 6th day of March, 1978.
