ORDINANCE NO. 754
AN ORDINANCE OF TIlE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING TIlE
ZONING ORDINANCE, ORDINANCE NO. 729, TO ALLOW DEVIATION FROM
70 FOOT FRONTAGE REQUIREMENTS AND TO ALLOW SOME 60 FOOT MINI-
MUM FRONT LOTS.
The City Council of the City of Tustin, California, does hereby
oraain as follows:
1. The City Council finds and determines:
(a) That Investors Development of Orange County, Inc. has
requested that Ordinance No. 729 be amended to allow
deviation from a 70 foot frontage requirement and allow
some 60 foot minimum lot fronts.
(b)That Ordinance No. 729 rezoned the subject property from
PC Professional to PC Multi-family Residential.
(c) That after public hearings duly called, noticed, and held,
the Planning Agency of the City of Tustin recommended
approval of this amendment to Zone Change 77-5.
(d) That after public hearings duly called, noticed, and
held, the City Council has determined that said amend-
ment should be adopted.
(e) That Zone Change 77-5 had been granted a negative
environmental impact determination on the basis of an
inital study.
(f) That the Amendment of Ordinance No. 729 is in conformance
with the Land Use Element of the Tustin Area General Plan.
2. Qrdinance No. 729 is hereby amended to permit deviation from
the 70 foot minimum lot frontage requirement and permit 60
· foot minimum lot frontage on certain lots 5 through 10 inclusive
of Tract 8475, located northerly of Irvine Boulevard and
easterly of Holt Avenue, subject to the filing of approved parcel
maps.
PASSED AND ADOFTED at a regular meeting of the City Council, Tust~n,
California, that was held on the 3rd day of January, 1978.
