AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA
2 PREZONING OF CERTAIN PROPERTY TO MULTIPLE FAMILY
RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT (R-3 - 2700) KNOWN AS PRE-
~ ZONE 77 - 6.
4 The City Council of the City of Tustin, California,
5 does hereby ordain as follows:
~ 1. The City Council finds and dete~ines:
V (a) That upon the application of James If. Nowell
8 initiated proceed incs for a pre-zoninc which
9 is in conformdace with the land use element
-10 of the general plan.
11 (b) That after public hearings duly called, notice
12 and held, the D!anninC Agency of the City of
13 Tustin recomended said prozoning by its
1~ adoption of Resolution No. 1691.
15 (c) That after public hearings duly called, notice
16 and held, the City Council h~s determined
17 that said amendment should be adopted.
18 (d) That the prepose~ orezone 77-6 reclassifies
19 the subject property from Orange County
20 to the City of Tustin R-3 (2700) (r.h.~ltiple
2i family residential) District, effective upon
~2 annexation to the Cj.t]f of Tustin.
25 (e) That the propascal use anc~ density is in cen-
2~ formance with the Tusk in Area General Pl. an.

2. The Zoninn Ordinance of the City of Tustin is here

amended to rec].assify the property located at 13622 Green Valley,

28 more particularly described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and
29 incorporated heroin by reference, from Orange 'County R-2~ .to the
City of Tustin rR~ltip!e Family Resid. ential DistriCt (R-3, 2700)_

upon annexation to the City of Tustin which is in conformance
with the land use element of the ~eneral plan.

Ordinance No. 753 was duly and regularly introduced and
read at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the

reading and duly passed and adopted at a regular meeting
held on the 19th day of December 1977, by the
