2 AN ORDINANCE OF TIIE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA,
AMENDING THE TUSTIN CITY CODE
4 The City Council of the City of Tustin, California,
5 does hereby ordain as follows:
6 1. Paragraph 5 of Section 1132 of the Tustin City Code
7 is hereby amended to read as follows:

10 "5. The Building official, the Community Development
1l Director, and employees of the Building Department
12 and Planning Department, as designated by either
l~ the Building Official or the Community Develop~.ent
14 Director, shall have the power to make arrests
15 for violations of the provisions of this Code
16 relating to zoning, Building Code, Mechanical Code,
1~ Housing Code, Dangerous Building Code, Pl~umbi~g
18 and Electrical Code."
19 2. Subparagraph (b) of Section 1133 of the Tustin
~0 City Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
