I ORDINANCE NO. 747
~ AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA REZONING
CERTAIN PROPERTY TO PLANNED DEVELOPMENT RESIDENTIAL
~ (PD - RESIDENTIAL) DISTRICT KNOWN AS ZONE CHANGE 77-8.
4 The City Council of the City of Tustin, California, does
5 hereby ordain as follows:
6 1. The City Council finds and determines:
7 (a) That upon the application ofitarry Kassebaum for
8 Parker Square the Cityl of Tustin initiated pro-
9 ceedings for a zone change amendment in confor-
10 mance with the land use element of the general
11 plan.
1~ (b) That after public hearings duly called, noticed
15 and held, the Planning Agency of the City of
14 Tustin recommended said amendment by its adoption
15 of Resolution No. 77-105.
16 (c) That after public hearings duly'called· noticed
17 and held the City Council has determined that
·
18 said amendment should be adopted.
19 (d) That the subject area was included in EIR 77-13.
~0 (e) That the proposed zone change 77-8 reclassifies
Z1 the subject property from PC-Commercial to
~ Planned Development ~esidential (PD - Residential)-
Z3 District.
~4 (f) That the proposed zone change is in conformance
~5 with the Tustin Ar~a General Plan.
~6 2. The Zoning Ordinance of the City of Tustin is hereby
Z~ amended to reclassify the property located on the southeasterly
~8
corner of Irvine and Newport Avenue, more particularly described
29 in Exhibit "A'~ attached hereto and incorporated herein by
30 r~ference, from PC-Commercial to Planned Development Residential
(PD - Res' ential) District in conformance with the land use

3Z element of the general plan-,
1 PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council,
Z City of Tustin, California, held on the 5th day of December, 1977.
