ORDINANCE NO. 745
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA,
'~ 1 AMENDING THE TUSTIN CITY CODE RELATIVE TO EXPENSE
REIMBURSEMENT
The City of ~_stin, California, does Ordain that Section 1304 of the

Tustin City Code be amended to read as follows:
"1304 MISCELLANEOUS COUNCIL EXPENSES
The Mayor and City Council shall be paid as reimbursement
for miscellaneous expenses in carrying out the duties and obligations

of their offices, including, but not limited to, expenses for
9
autcraobile, travel, m~ls and telephone, in accordance with
10
personnel or other resolutions duly adopted frcm time to t/me."

PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council, City of
