Z AN ORDINANCE OF THE. CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA
3 REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY TO THE DUPLEX RESIDENTIAL
4 (R-2) AND COMMERCIAL GENERAL (CG) DISTRICT KNOWN AS
· ~' 5 ZONE CHANGE 77-7.
6 The City Council of the City of Tustin, California, does
7 hereby ordain as follows:
8 1. The City Council finds and determines:
9 (a) That the Hyter Development Company, 790 Laurinda '=
10 Lane, Orange, CA 92669 initiated proceedings for
11 a zone change amendment in conformance with the
1Z l'and use element of the General Plan of the City
13 of Tustin.
14 (b) That after public hearings duly called, noticed
15 and held, the Planning Agency of the City of Tustin
16 recommended said amendment by its adoption of
~ 17 Resolution No. 77-85.
18 (c) That after public hearings duly called, noticed
19 and held, the City Council has determined that said
Z0 amendment should be adopted.
21 (d) That the subject site was reviewed as a 'part' of
2Z EIR 76-3 and certified relative to a previous appli-
23 cation made by Covington Brothers for a four-plex
24 deve lopment-
25 (e) That proposed zone change No. 77-7 reclassifies
26 ~che subject property from the C-1 District to the
27 Duplex Residential (R-2) and Commercial General
~8 (CG) District.
~-- 29 (f) That the proposed zone change is in conformance
30 with the Tustin Area General Plan.
31 2. The Zoning Ordinance of the City of Tustin is hereby
32 amended to reclassify the property on the southeasterly corner

I of Main and Willjams Streets, more particularly described in
Z Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference,
3 from C-1 District to Duplex Residential (R~2) and Commercial
4 General (CG) District in conformance with the land use element
5 of ~he General Plan of the City of Tustin.
6 PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council,
V City of Tustin, California, l~eld on the 17th day of October, 1977.
