Z AN ORDINANCE OF THE. CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA
3 REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY TO THE PLANNED COMMUNITY
4 COMMERCIAL (PC-COMMERCIAL) DISTRICT KNOWN) AS ZONE
~ 5 CHANGE 77-6.
6 The City Council of the City of Tustin, California, does
V hereby ordain as follows:
8 1. The City Council finds and determines:
9 (a) ' That the City of Tustin, upon its own motion, on
10 behalf of EMS Development Corporation, initiated
11 proceedings for a zone change amendment in con-
1Z formance with the land use element of the general
13 plan.
14 [b) That after public hearings duly called, hoticed
15 and held, the Planning Agency of the City of
-16 Tustin recommended said amendment by its adoption
17 of Resolution No. 1649.
18 (c) That after public hearings duly called, noticed
19 and held, the City Council has determined that
20 .r said amendment should be adopted.
Z1 (d) That the subject area was included in EIR 74-3,
22 as certified.
Z3 (e) That the proposed zone change No. 77-6 reclassifies
24 the subject property from C-2 and R-3 to Planned
25 Community Commercial (PC-Commercial) classification.
26 (f) That the proposed zone change is in conformance
27 with the Tustin Area General Plan.
28 2. The Zoning Ordinance of the City of Tustin is hereby
29 amended to reclassify the property located on the East and West
30 Side of Yorba, just southerly of 17'th Street, more particularly
31 described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated here in
32 by reference, from C-2 and-R-3 to Planned Community Commercial

2 element of the General Plano

4 City of Tustin, California, held on the17th day of October, 1977.
