I ORDINANCE NO. 742
Z AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA PRE-
~ ZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY OT THE CITY OF TUSTIN PUBLIC
4 AND INSTITUTION (P & I) DISTRICT KNOWN AS PREZONE 77-5.
~' 5 The City Council of the City of Tustin, California, does
6 hereby ordain as follows:
~ 1. The City Council finds and determines:
8 (a) That the Planning Agency of the City of Tustin,
9 upon its own motion, initiated proceedings for the
10 prezoning of certain property from Orange County
11 R-1 Single Family District to the City of Tustin
1Z Public and Institution (P & I) District.
~3 (b) That after public hearings duly called, noticed
14 and held, the Planning Agency of the City of Tustin
15 recommended said amendment should be adopted.
16 (c) That after public hearings duly called, noticed
,_ lV and held, the City Council has determined that
~8 Said amendment should be adopted.
19 (d) That the proposed prezoning is for the purpose of
Z0 bringing the zoning classification into conformance
~1 with the designation of the Land Use Element of the
~Z Tustin Area General ~lan.
~5 (e) That the proposed prezoning has been granted nega-
~4 tire environmental impact determination on the basis
Z5 of no change in the physical environment.
Z6 2. The Zoning Ordinance of the City of Tustin is hereby
~7 amended to reclassify by prezoning the property located on the
~8 easterly side of Red Hill Avenue, southerly of Melvin Way more
Z9 particularly described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorp-
50 orated herein by reference, from Orange County R-1 Single Family
51 District to City of Tustin Public and Institutional (P & I)
~2 District, effective upon annexation of the subject property to

the City of Tustin.
2 PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council,
~ City of Tustin, California, held on the 17th day of October, 1977.

reading and duly passed and adopted at a regular meeting
