AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF TUSTIN,
2 CALIFORNIA AMENDING THE TUSTIN CITY CODE RELATIVE
TO THE TIME OF MEETINGS OF THE CITY COUNCIL AND
~ PLANNING AGENCY
4 The City Council, City of Tustin, California, does ordain as follows:
5 1. That Section 1301 of the Tustin City Code be amended to read as
6 follows:
7 ~1301 REGULAR MEETING
8 Regular meetings of the City Council shall be held on
9 the first and third Mondays of each calendar month at the hour of
10 3:00 P.M. in the Council ChamberS, Tustin City Center, Centennial
11 Way at Main Street, Tustin, California.
1Z 2. That Section 1515 of the Tustin City Code be amended to read as
13 fol lows:
14 S1515 MEwrINGS
15 The City Council sitting as the Agency shall hold its
16 regular meetings on the first and third Mondays of each month at
17 3:00 P.M. in the Council Chambers, except when such a day falls
18 on a legal holiday, in which event the Planning Agency shall meet
19 at 3:00 P.M. on the first weekday following which is not a legal
20 holiday. The City Council sitting as Planning Agency may meet at
23. such o~er times and places as may be hereafter datermined from
22 tL~-~ to tjare by the City Council to be necessary. or conver.~ent.
~5 PASSED ~D ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council, City of
24 Tustin, Calfiornia, held on the 1st day of August, 1977.

Ordinance No. 735 was duly and regularly introduced and
read at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the

reading and duly passed and adopteG at a regular meeting
held on the 1st day of Auqust 1977, by the
