1 ORDINANCE NO. 729
2 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA,
REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY TO THE PLANNED COM-
3 MUNITY MULTI-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL (PC-R-3-2500)
DISTRICT, KNOWN AS ZONE CHANGE 77-5 (PLAZA WAY).

The City Council of the City of Tustin, California,

does ordain as follows:

1. The City Council finds and determines:
a. That the Planning Commission of the City of
8 Tustin, upon the application of Investors Devel-
opment of Orange County, Inc., considered the
9 rezoning of certain properties known as Lots
5, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10 of Tract 8475, from the
10 Planned Community Professional District to the
Planned ComMunity Multi-Family Residential Dis-
11 trict.
12 b. That after public hearings duly called, noticed
and held, the Planning Commission, by Resolution
13 No. 1629, recommended said zone change.
1A c. That the proposed zone change is for the purpose
of bringing the zoning classification into con-
15 formance with the designation of the Land Use
Element of the Tustin Area General Plan, which
16 authorizes 56 dwelling units on subject property.
17 d. That after public hearings duly called, noticed
and held, the City Council has determined that
18 said zone change should be adopted.
19 e. That the proposed zone change has been granted
negative environmental impact determination on
20 the basis of an initial study.
21 2. The Zoning Ordinance of the City of Tustin is hereby
amended to reclassify by zone change the properties
22 known as Lots 5, 6, T, 8, 9 and 10 of Tract 8475,
located northerly of Irvine Boulevard and easterly
23 of Holt Avenue, from the Planned Community (Profes-
sional)District to the Planned Community (Multi-
24 Family - R-3-2500) Residential District, with pro-
posed development subject to the terms and condi-
25 tions of Planning Commission Resolution No. 1629.
26 PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meetin~ of the Tustin

27 City Council, held on the 20th day of June, 1977.

reading and duly passed and adopted at a regular meeting
