1 ORDINANCE NO. 718
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA
PREZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY TO THE MULTI-FAMILY
~ (R-3-3000) DISTRICT
4 The City Council of the City of Tustin, California, does
A 5 ordain as follows:
1. The City Council finds and determines:
6 A. 'That the Planninq Commission of the City
7 of Tustin, upon its own motion, initiated proceedings
8 for the prezoning of certain property from Orange County
E-4 to the City of Tustin Multi-Family (R-3-3000)

District.
'10 B. That after public hearings duly called,
11 noticed and held, the Planning Commission, by Resolution
No. 1601 recommended said prezoning.
C. That the proposed prezoning is for the
1~ purpose of bringing the zoning classification into
14 conformance with the designation of the Land Use
Element of the Tustin Area General Plan.

D. That after public hearings duly called,
16 noticed and held, the City Council has determined
.~ ~7 that said prezoning should be adopted.
E. That the proposed prezoning has been

.- granted negative environmental impact determination
19 on the basis of no change in the physical environment.
Z0 2. The Zoning Ordinance of the City of Tustin is
hereby amended to reclassify by prezoning the property located
on the easterly side of Holt Avenue, northerly of Irvine Boulevard
22 and southerly of the Orange County Flood Control Channel by a
Z5 distance of approximately 1,000 feet, as graphically described
in Exhibit "A", from Orange County E-4 to City of Tustin Z{ulti-

Family (R-3-3000) District, effective upon annexation of the
Z5 subject property to the City of Tustin.
~6 PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council,
~7 City of Tustin, California, held on the 18th day of April, 1977. /J.,, ~

reading and duly passed and adopted at a regular meeting
held on the '18th day of April 1977, by the
