ORDINANCE N0 · 715
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA,
AMENDING THE FIRE ZONES OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN.
The City Council of the City of Tustin, California~
does ordain as follows:
1. Section 5220 of the Tustin City Code is hereby
amended to read as follows=
Section 5220
The entire incorporated area of the City is
hereby declared to be and is hereby established
into fire districts, to be known and designated
as Fire Zones 2 and
a. Fire Zone 2;
All territory now or hereafter zoned by City
for other than residential uses is hereby
designated as Fire Zone 2.
b. Fire Zone
All territory now or hereafter zoned by City
for residential uses is hereby designated as
15 Fire Zone 3.

c. Fire Zone Map~
The Zoning ~ap of the City is hereby adopted
as the Fire Zone ~ap of the City for and 'n
connection with application of the provisions
of the Uniform Building Code (edition as adopted
by City Ordinance).
~ PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Tustin~ held on 21st day of Marcy, 1977.
