ORDINANCE NO. 704
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA
REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY TO THE COMMERCIAL
GENERAL (CG)
5 The City Council of the City of Tustin, California, does
6 hereby ordain as follows:
7 1. The City Council finds and determines:
8 a) That a proper application (#Z.C.76-10) has been
9 filed on behalf of Joseph A. Genovese for a'zone change from-
10 the unclassified district to the commercial general district, for
11 the .26 acre parcel of land on the easterly side of Redhill
12 Avenue, approximately 276 feet south of Nisson Road.
13 b) That aftera public hearing duly called, noticed and
14 held, the planning commission of the City of Tustin recommended
15 the amendment of the City of Tustin Zoning Ordinance to allow
16 this zone change.
17 c) That after public hearings duly called, noticed ano
18 held, the City Council has determined that said amendment should'
19 be adopted.
Z0 d) That the proposed zoning amendment is categorically
21 exempt from the requirement of an Environmental Impact Report.
22 e) That the proposed zone change number 76-10
23 reclassifies the subject property from the unclassified district
24 to the commercial general district (CG) o
25 f) The proposed zone change is in conformance with
~6 the Tustin Area General Plan.
27 2. Zoning Ordinance of the City of Tustin is hereby amended
28 as follows:
29 a) The property ~scribed in Exhibit "A", which is
50 attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference, and
51 designated in Exhibit "B", which is attached hereto and
32 incorporated herein by this reference, is hereby reclassified

1 from the unclassified district to the commercial general district
~ (CG) in conformity with ~e land use element of the general plan.
5 3. This zoning amendment shall be subject to all the
" 4 findings, determinations, and conditions of the City of Tustin
5 Planning Commission Resolution No. 1565.
6 PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the qity Council,
7 City of T~stin, California, held on the 3rd day of January, 1977.

The Legal Description of Zone Change 76-10 is that portion of Lot
35 Tract Irvine, Book II being 14122 Red Hill Avenue.

reading and duly passed and adopted at a regular meeting
held on the 3rd day of January 197-, by the
