AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, RE-
PEALING CITY OF TUSTIN ORDINANCE #140 RELATING TO
ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES IN PUBLIC PARKS.
&
The City Council of the City of Tustin hereby ordains as
follows:
1. City of Tustin Ordinance #140 is hereby repealed in its

entirety.

2. This ordinance shall-take effect immediately upon its
9
passage and adoption as an urgency ordinance. It is necessary
10
adopt this ordinance as an urgency measure in order to preserve
11
and protect the public health, safety .and welfare, and specifics.

because its provisions are in conflict. with current Ordinance
#666 of the 'City of Tustin. The intent of the City Council

concerning this matter is properly reflected in Ordinance ~666
15
and therefore an anomalous situation exists which frustrates th'
16
enforcement of the provisions of Ordinance ~666. .To avoid
confusion among members of the public as to which ordinance
18
properly governs their conduct in public parks it is necessary
19
that this ordinance be enacted as an urgency measure.
