AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING SECTION 1210 OF
THE TUSTIN CITY CODE RELATING TO CITY HOLIDAYS
The City Council of the City of Tustin, California hereby ordains as follows:
Section 1. Section 1210 of the Tustin City Code is amended to read:
1210 -CITY HOLIDAYS
The City's normal business days are Monday through Friday of each week,
excluding holidays. The following are the holidays observed by the City:

Third Monday in February
Last Monday in May
July 4
First Monday in September
November 11
Fourth Thursday in November
Day following Thanksgiving Day
December 24
December 25
December 31
Holiday
New Year's Day
Presidents' Day
Memorial Day
Independence Day
Labor Day
Veterans Day
Thanksgiving Day
Day After Thanksgiving Day
Christmas Eve
Christmas Day
New Year's Eve
When a holiday occurs on a Sunday,
