ORDINANCE NO. 683
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING
THE TUSTIN CITY CODE RELATIVE TO COMPENSATION.
The City Council of the City of Tustin, California, does ordain as follows:
1. Section 2-8.1 of Article II of Chapter Two is hereby amended to read
as follows:
"Section 2-8.1. Compensation.
Members of the City Council shall be paid and receive as compensation
a salary of Two Hundred and Sixty-Two Dollars and fifty cents ($262.50) p~r
month."
2. This ordinance and the salary herein provided shall become in force
and effect at the time any one or more members of the City Council becomes
eligible for such salary increase by virtue of beginning a new term of office
and shall thereupon apply to all members of the City Council.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Councii of the City of
Tustin, California, held on the 7th day of June, 1977..
