AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING
THE TUSTIN CITY CODE RELATIVE TO THE BONDING OF THE
CITY TREASURER.

5 The City Council of the City of Tustin, California, does ordain as
6 follows:
7 1. Section 1431 of the Tustin City Code is h~reby amended to read
8 as follows:
9 Section 1431: . BOND REQUIRED OF CITY TREASURER
' 10 Before entering upon duties of his office, the City' Treasurer
-: 11 shall execute a bond to the City in the penal sum .of FIFTY THOUSAND
12 DOLLARS ($50,000.00) ~
1~ PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council, City
of Tustin, California, held on. the 3rd day of May, 1976..
