£ ORDINANCE NO. 680
2 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA
PREZONING THEMARINE CORPS AIR STATION (H) AND
$ RELATED LANDS TO THE PUBLIC AND INSTITUTIONAL
(P&I) DISTRICT
The City Council of the City of Tustin, California, does
5 ordain as follows:
6 1. The City Council finds and determines:
~ A. That the Planning Commission of the City of TuStin,
upon its own motion, initiated proceedings for the
8 prezoning of the Marine ~orps Air Station (H.) and
related land from the Orange County M-1 District
9 to the City of Tustin Public and Institutional
(P&I) District.

B. That after public hearings duly called, noticed
II and held, the Planning Commission, by Resolution
No. 150.0 recommended said prezoning.
C. That the proposed prezoning is for {he purpose of
15 bringing the zoning classification into confor-
mance with the designation of the Land Use Element
14 of the Tustin Area General Plan.
15 D. That after public hearings duly ~alled, noticed
· and held, the City Council has determined that
16 said prezoning should be adopted.
17 E. That the proposed prezoning has been granted neg~
rive environmental impact determination on the
18 basis of no change in the physical environment.
19 2. The Zoning Ordinance of the City of Tustin is hereby
amended to reclassify by prezoning the property known
20 as the Marine Corps Air Station (H) and related land
as shown on. Exhibit "A, from Orange COtLnty M-1 tO the
~! City of Tustin Public and Institu+~n~ (P&!) District,
effective upon annexation of the .subject property to
~ the City of Tustin.
25 " 3. The City Co~Lncil of the City of Tustin, California,
finds and determines that the enactment of this.
~4 ordinance as an emergency, urgency measure is required
for-the preservation of public health and welfare, and
~5 this ordinance shall go into effect 'immediately uoon
.adoption.

PASSED AND ADOPTED as an urgency measure at a regular
27 adjouned meeting of the City Council, City of Tustin, California,
held on the 25th day of March, 1976.

of the City. of Tustin is five; that the above and foregoing
Ordinance No. 680 was duly and regularly introduced and read
at a regular adjourned meeting of the City Council held on the
25th day of March, 1976, and was 'given its second reading and
duly passed and adopted as an emergency, urgency measure at
a regular adjourned meeting held on the 25th day of March, 1976,
by the following vote:
